I don't even know where to begin with the praises. I was in need of a soft wash for my shingle roof. From the moment I contacted Center Group Services, they responded immediately. Louie introduced himself and was instantly able to produce an estimate for the work. Not only was he reasonable priced, but the workflow for the estimate was very easy to navigate via the email he sent me. Louie maintained communication with occasional reminder texts of the date and time the work was to be completed. This gentleman was punctual with the appointment and explained the process clearly before initiating the work. He addressed any and all concerns I had regarding the work. Louis was extremely professional and advised me every step of the way on what to expect. He went out of his way to make sure my plants and outdoor furniture were not damaged during the softwash process of my shingle roof which came out great. Highly recommend all his services.

Louis was extremely courteous and punctual. He arrived, explained what he needed to do, then took before and after videos of my roof, which I provided below. He did such great work that a few of my neighbors asked him when he could come out and clean their roofs. I came across Louie’s info on instagram for roof softwash and driveway pressure cleaning. He provided great service as it was a two day job based on total area. He was on time, attentive to detail, provided before and after pictures, and had recommendations for keeping area clean. I ended up contracting him again to fix some broken roof tiles which were discontinued but he was able to find. I’ll be calling him again once I’m ready to seal the pavers in back patio as well.

I was in need of a roof cleaning ASAP (HOA) and was very skeptical, but after talking to a few different companies I chose to go with this one because they assured me they would be there the next day! And they were! While it was higher priced than the other quotes Louie kept to his word, arrived on schedule and look at the pictures I posted, he did a fantastic job! He not only cleaned the roof but the driveway and the walkway up to my door, too. VERY GLAD I TOOK THE LEAP OF FAITH! I haven't done many reviews, ever, but Louie made this one a no-brainer. I would definitely recommend him and his company! I was not given any discount or favors for this review (I see stuff like that on Amazon posts)

Fantastic results for our roof soft wash - the images speak for themselves! The quote we received was comparable to other companies I reached out to, and I’m glad we chose CGP for our services. The owner, Louie, is extremely reliable, responsive, and professional. He walked us through the whole process, provided before & after photos, and even came back to repair some previously broken roof tiles. My neighbor saw his work and hired him as well! I’ll be using Louie for other work needed around our house as well. It’s great to find someone in Miami you can trust!

This company was outstanding. The job was done timely, drama free and the end result was beyond our expectations. We’ve had our home, sidewalk, etc. pressured cleaned many times over the years.
