Needed to have my roof cleaned within a 10 day window. Called up Lu, and from the very moment I spoke to him, he was extremely professional and courteous. Lu was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the service would entail. He also mentioned that he would clean the driveway at no cost. The overall work done on my house was exactly what I hoped for. Most importantly, before leaving the property, he made sure everything was clean and picked up. I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and neighbors. The roof looks impeccable.

Fantastic results for our roof soft wash - the images speak for themselves! The quote we received was comparable to other companies I reached out to, and I’m glad we chose CGP for our services. The owner, Louie, is extremely reliable, responsive, and professional. He walked us through the whole process, provided before & after photos, and even came back to repair some previously broken roof tiles. My neighbor saw his work and hired him as well! I came across Louie’s info on instagram for roof softwash and driveway pressure cleaning. He provided great service as it was a two day job based on total area. He was on time, attentive to detail, provided before and after pictures, and had recommendations for keeping area clean. I ended up contracting him again to fix some broken roof tiles which were discontinued but he was able to find. I’ll be calling him again once I’m ready to seal the pavers in back patio as well.

I contacted CGP on a Saturday and they came out the same day to pressure clean our sidewalk and driveway! Within a few hours our walkways went from mildew and dingy to squeaky clean. Louie introduced himself and was instantly able to produce an estimate for the work. Not only was he reasonable priced, but the workflow for the estimate was very easy to navigate via the email he sent me. Louie maintained communication with occasional reminder texts of the date and time the work was to be completed. This gentleman was punctual with the appointment and explained the process clearly before initiating the work. He addressed any and all concerns I had regarding the work. The work was done efficiently and it came out beautiful! Thank you for your work ethic Louie, this is rare to find in the construction industry. This company was outstanding. The job was done timely, drama free and the end result was beyond our expectations. We’ve had our home, sidewalk, etc. pressured cleaned many times over the years. I can honestly say the results (although our home is older) has never been quite this good. Louie was friendly and explained the process and follow up care perfectly and clearly. The price was reasonable for the job.

I was in need of a roof cleaning ASAP (HOA) and was very skeptical, but after talking to a few different companies I chose to go with this one because they assured me they would be there the next day! And they were! While it was higher priced than the other quotes Louie kept to his word, arrived on schedule and look at the pictures I posted, he did a fantastic job! He not only cleaned the roof but the driveway and the walkway up to my door, too. VERY GLAD I TOOK THE LEAP OF FAITH! I haven't done many reviews, ever, but Louie made this one a no-brainer. I would definitely recommend him and his company! I was not given any discount or favors for this review (I see stuff like that on Amazon posts)
